⅓cupvegan butter(we use Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread)

⅓cupcarton coconut milkor other milk of choice
2tspvanilla
2 ½cupspowdered sugar
Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Slowly add cocoa until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
Place mixture into medium-sized bowl and add coconut milk and sugar. Stir with whisk or rubber spatula until smooth.
Slowly add powdered sugar while continually mixing until smooth. Add a little more powdered sugar if frosting is too thin or a little more coconut milk if too thick.
Using a beater or mixer speeds up the mixing process, but is not required for this luscious frosting! Store frosting (or frosted cake) in refrigerator and remove about 30 minutes prior to serving.
