Bake for 30-36 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Take cake out of oven and allow to cool slightly before turning over onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Assembly
Once cake is completely cool, cut into approximately 1" cubes. Reserve 4 cubes to make crumb topping.
Make cream cheese frosting and place into piping bag or zip-top bag to be able to easily pipe into jars.
Add 4-5 cubes of spice cake to jars create first layer. Top with a layer of cream cheese frosting. Repeat process and end with final layer of cream cheese frosting.
Crumble reserved cubes of cake and sprinkle on top of top layer of cream cheese frosting.
