serrano chile, seeds and white membranes removed and minced finely

Instructions
In a
medium-sized bowl
, add radishes, cucumber, green onions, serrano chile (optional), and cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt to taste and mix.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
